Renee Lee
Chief Executive Officer
Renee leads ABR Firm as CEO, bringing valuable insights from her diverse background spanning both corporate and nonprofit sectors. She specializes in strategic planning, team development, and creating collaborative cultures that enable organizations and teams to operate with clarity and efficiency. Through her simple, yet powerful frameworks — The Build. The Bus. The Belief. The Buy-In.™ and Care. Connect. Coach.™ — she helps leaders and teams get on the same page and take action that really gets results. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from LeMoyne-Owen College, along with additional studies in organizational leadership at Bethel University. She has also completed adult learning coursework through Indiana University in partnership with the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) and holds the Experiential Learning Foundations Certificate from the Institute for Experiential Learning. Renee combines her learning and leadership experience to give clients practical strategies, fresh perspective, and easy-to-use tools that help them grow, stay focused, and reach their goals.

Matthew specializes in capacity building for individuals, teams, and organizations. He is the creator of The Four Critical Questions of Capacity™ framework and The Four Pivotal Dates™ signature message, designed to drive sustainable growth and leadership excellence. Both resonate deeply with college students and organizational teams during retreats and professional development gatherings. Matthew's leadership experience includes serving as Executive Pastor for a multi-campus ministry in Atlanta, GA, and consulting for small businesses through Lee & Associates to expand services and maximize profitability. A proud graduate of Morehouse College with graduate studies in Divinity, Matthew is also a certified life coach, licensed realtor, and ordained pastor.

Mark brings more than 20 years of service in Memphis-Shelby County Schools, along with a deep commitment to educational excellence and team development. A proud graduate of Jackson State University and former member of the legendary Sonic Boom, Mark helps organizations establish a strong cadence, align around mission goals, and perform as cohesive units through his signature framework, The Cadence of Communication™. Known for his energetic and engaging delivery, Mark draws on years of experience working with both elementary and high school students — a background that fuels his ability to connect, inspire, and move teams into purposeful action.
Karen is a customer experience and analytics expert with a background in quality control and service excellence. A graduate of LeMoyne-Owen College, she brings a strategic, customer-centered focus to her work at ABR Firm. She spearheads strategic implementations of the C.A.R.E. Model™, helping organizations enhance service delivery track key metrics, and build stronger relationships with those they serve. As Chief Customer Relations Officer, Karen is dedicated to aligning client experiences with mission-driven outcomes that fuel long-term success.

Jasmine Renee is a dynamic leader in fundraising, marketing, and event management with a proven record of creating memorable experiences that engage and inspire. A graduate of the University of Memphis, Jasmine has successfully led high-profile initiatives, including Women Build 2024 for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis. At ABR Firm, she specializes in donor-focused fundraising strategies, engagement campaigns, and public relations efforts that elevate organizational visibility and impact. Beyond her professional role, Jasmine channels her passion for empowerment as the visionary behind Be Courageous, an inspirational apparel brand and the Be Courageous Girl Movement that equips girls and young women with confidence and courage to pursue their boldest aspirations.

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in marketing and communications, Brianna brings a sharp eye for branding and audience engagement. As Digital Marketing Director at ABR Firm, she crafts compelling content and campaigns that amplify client reach and drive measurable results across digital platforms. Known affectionately as "Bri," she founded Sisters of Bri, an outreach ministry creating supportive spaces where teen girls and young women can authentically express themselves while fostering personal growth and deeper understanding of self.
