We will meet for the Kickoff (our virtual party) on Saturday, November 15th (midday-time will be emailed to members).

Over the course of 12 weeks, we will have a total of six (6) virtual gatherings for group engagement, coaching and progress sharing towards our "One Transformation."

Here's My Story
Back When I Was…
In management and senior-level roles, I often found myself with big ideas and big vision but nowhere or no one to share them. I craved thought partners who had colossal ideas like me.
What I did (unsuccessfully)...
I tried bringing my teammates into those conversations, but 99% of the time they didn’t get the bigger picture, or they weren’t necessarily interested right away. And I didn’t always have colleagues who could serve as thought partners at the level I needed.

That’s when I realized how important it is for women at any level to have a space where they can:
